Annual compliance training
State and school districts require substitutes complete online compliance training courses annually. Failure to complete these by the deadline will result in your substitute profile being deactivated. Your username is the email address submitted on your application and password is the last 4 digits of your phone number in absence management.
If you have completed any annual training courses through another substitute service or school district, please email copies of your transcripts and we will give you credit for any that match. We currently have 11 required courses and you may have remaining courses to complete even after providing transcripts.
